we need more fans

in order for you guys to get paid first thing we gotta do is figure out how to get more fans...

You are not going to get any more fans because of the car count and because of who the promotor is. WT has burned to many car owners and to many people in the surrounding areas for it to work. He is very disrespectful to people and so is his kids. I would love to see someone else lease the track in 2010, but WT ain't going to do that either.... I don't know about anyone esle, but I liked the way things were run in 2007 & 2008 for the most part. I wish we could go back to those days, but it's not going to happen as long as Whitey and his boys are running the show.

I am sure his (WT) pocketbook is not nearly as full now as it was when Richard leased the track in '07 and '08. His lease, from what I understand, was off the charts expensive and I can just about guarantee you Mr. Taylor is not going to make this year what he got paid last year for the lease.

If Whitey would lease it at a fair price, say $32,000-$36,000 a year, then it would be worth someone coming in and giving it a try. I would throw my hat into the ring to be heavily involved with the track if it were leased. I would love to see FCS work WITH other tracks in the region and not make their rules specific to FCS.

You don't have to pay guys a ton to race, but pay them what you say you are going to pay them and treat them with the respect they deserve. They are providing the entertainment for the fans that are coming to watch.

Yea it would be great if somebody would come in a lease the track and things go back to the way that they were in 07 & 08. If things were the same as they were last year you would see alot more cars there. I cant believe that richard leased the track for what he did I was told that he payed 60,000 to 80,000 for one year and that is way to much.

THE PLACE IS REALY TO RUN DOWN TO LEASE .EARLY THIS YEAR I TOLD SOME GUYS TO CHECK IT OUT,TO SEE IF THEY COULD TAKE IT OVER. THEY SAID NO WAY. IT WOULD BE TO MUCH TO FIX UP.

a lease would work there but someone needs to just get the track and make some money by racing first then slowly make the repairs richard payed a big lease but also had to spend too much money before he ever run a race. i was not going to fcs this year but have started going recently i know things are not that good but i am tired of going to nc everyweek and i dont like mms

i would agree i just think alot of these people dont realize that

dont worry guys if i EVER hit the lottery i will hook fcs up it has great potential we just need someone willing to put the dough in it... it is an awesome short track you never know if your gonna be carrying ur car out in one peice or not it is a bad ass little track i love it i just wish more people would come drive ( I REALLY MISS THE PURESTOCKS!!!) and even more people would come watch

MMS may not be your cup of tea but the racing "up on the mountain" has been incredible all year long. I think watching a race at FCS is the best when there is a good car count and it is run the way it is supposed to be.

i was just speaking of past years. as for fcs your right when they have a good field of late models or modifieds it is unmatched to me

hello there sticking my nose in for a moment........I dont know if whitey ever reads these or not but,If he was a smart man he might just think about just hiring a non-family MANAGER oh I dont know maybe a racer that was on his last year....hint hint...........like the 29 charles.I believe it might be something to look at.of course he would have to give him a free hand or it would just be the S.O.S. Any coments?
