Mail from Fans in the Stands

Hey there! New to the forum. Just wanted to drop on your ear. My "crew" and I are there every Saturday night. We are a big group and we come for the excitement of the great racing at FCS. I have been reading through the different subjects and I must say there seems to be alot of negative attitude about the track. I personally have been coming to the track for 22 years. I have seen alot of things happen there in that time. As for me, I have to say that this is the calmest I have seen the track under Whitey ever. The fights are minimal and dangerous on track payback is at a minimum. Fighting in the stands is pretty much nonexistant and other than facility conditions, it is a great time to be had for all. I have to think that the races themselves are more competitive and not just a free for all let's see who I can try to KO tonight. Sure the spins are eciting and so are the minor crashes. Even the vendetta spins will get the fans on their feet. But no fan wants to see anybody seriously hurt. So hats off to you drivers for giving us such a great time without hurting one another too bad. By the way, it's great to see the women back out there! Wish he still had the powderpuff division. So smoke the tires and give it all you got! Let's go racing!!!

THANKS TO ALL RACE FANS, I GOT TO TALK WITH SOME OF THE FANS THIS WEEKEND.THEY ARE HAVING A GREAT TIME. I HAVE BEEN TO A LOT OF TRACKS, BUT FCS FANS ARE THE BEST. I SEE MOST ALL OF THEM CHEERING FOR SOMEBODY. THANKS TO ALL OF YAL.

you think this place is bad go to caraway speedway and see how dirty they are if you dont believe me ask alex yontz he got searched by police for taction control on the track after winning and was dqed for taking a victory lap my point is this aint the only place this goes on

EVERYONE KNOWS THAT.....EVERY TRACK HAS THEIR FAVORITES....I HAVE BEEN AROUND RACING MY ENTIRE LIFE... I KNOW I HAVE SEEN AND BURNT MANY A TSHIRT I BOUGHT... (BEING FUNNY) BUT THIS FORUM IS FOR OPINIONS, WHINING, DISCUSSIONS YOU NAME IT BUT ALL TRACKS HAVE THEIR FAITHFULS... AND THATS WHAT MAKES RACING WHAT IT IS,,, AND WHAT ALOT OF US ENJOY....

I love FCS. It is one of, if not the best weekly short track to watch great racing, when it is managed correctly. I spend my time at MMS this year becasue it is professionally managed.

I would love to see FCS managed the right way for a five year period and see how it would stack up against other tracks in the region. I know most of the drivers I have talked with LOVE racing at FCS. It is what they have to endure with current management that keeps them away.

I thought that the changes that were made the last two years were good. I enjoyed the atmosphere and I was glad to see some of it bled over to this year. As for those "bad mouthing" that don't attend, well I guess they now attend somewhere else and wouldn't know what was what at FCS this year n e ways. Furthermore, if they don't like it there and have moved on, so be it then their opinion doesn't matter. I am sure the fans would love more meet and greets with the drivers. Not everyone attends each weekend and may have missed it. Last year's was fantastic! My kids loved meeting the drivers and getting their autographs. They were especially impressed the young drivers as they are close in age and just got yapping about driving themselves. We will be there this weekend with fresh yelling voices and lots of support for the drivers! By the way the last burn outs were wicked! LOL We could tell the drivers were having as much fun as we were and that's great to see.
