Donnie Minter ???? Empty Donnie Minter ????

Anyone know if the 61 year old Donald Barry Minter who was shot and killed by police in Martinsville today the same Donnie Minter (brother to the late Kenny Minter)who used to build racing engines?

he would be around the same age, but I wouldnt think it was him, on the many occassions i have been around him this didnt seem to be his temperment. At least I would hope not! scratch
