Martinsville Limited Sportsman Race Rules

The Event will be run in accordance with the applicable rules as presented in the 2009 NASCAR Whelen All-American Series Late Model Stock Car Division Rule Book and the following Martinsville Speedway Limited Sportsman Division Track Rules:
105” or 108” wheelbase cars will be allowed
Tread width will be a maximum of 64 ½”
The only engines allowed will be:
GM #88958602 (602) crate engine with the 390 CFM Holley HP80507-1 four barrel carburetor
GM #88959603 (603) crate engine with the 390 CFM Holley HP80507-1 four barrel carburetor
Late Model built engine with the 350 CFM Holley 2300 list # 7448 or the 2300 HP two barrel carburetor
The weight rule will be 3100 pounds total with a minimum right side weight of 1400 pounds
The shock absorbers must be hydraulic twin tube shocks only. No gas charged shocks
Quick change or nine inch Ford rear axle assemblies will be permitted
All drivers must have at least a NASCAR Charger Division Driver’s License
The only drivers allowed to compete will be Limited Sportsman or any Charger Division drivers, or any Late Model Stock Car driver that has competed in no more than a total of five Late Model Stock Car Feature Division Events within the last ten years. No Touring Series Drivers, past or present, of any sanctioning body will be allowed to compete
The tire rule for the event will be the Hoosier F45
Official Entry Blanks will be mailed out around September 1, 2009. The entry blank must be completed and received by Martinsville Speedway by September 16, 2009. There is a resume section on the entry that must be completed.

from what i was told the same car and/or driver can not compete in both the limited and late model race
