ALL CARS MUST HAVE A SPOTTER IN THE SPOTTERS STAND FOR THIS EVENT
• All cars must complete an Entry Form, Additional FEES INCLUDE TRANSPONDER USAGE. (Teams are responsible for any lost transponders) – e-mail entries will be accepted @ fcspr@cox.net
• All cars must confirm to the 2009 Motor Mile Speedway Late Model Stock Car Rule Book.
• Tires – Hoosier F-45 Tires (see reverse of entry form for tire rule)
• Fuel – SUNOCO Standard or Supreme (Purple or Blue) Five (5) Gallons of racing fuel must be purchased at the speedway the day of the race.
• Pit Passes - $25.00 per person.

RELEASE, REUSE OF NAME, ETC: In consideration of the awards posted for this event, the acceptance of this Entry Form by Left Turn Promotions and the Promoter, the Car Owner and Driver, jointly and individually agree and consent that Left Turn Promotions and the Speedway(s), the Promoter and the assigns of either or both, and all sponsors, may use their name(s), picture(s), or performance(s) or any of them in any way, medium or material for promoting, advertising, recording or reporting this event, before, during or after said event(s) but not for the purpose of product endorsement, including, but not limited to, television and radio broadcasts, film reproductions, video tape reproductions and the like and do hereby relinquish all rights for these purposes.

TIRE RULES

A. As many as Four (4) new tires may be purchased, a combination of two new tires and two scuffed tires, or four scuffed tires, for the event (excluding practice).
B. A “flat” or “damaged” tire may be replaced during an event without penalty. “Flat” or “damaged” is the determination of the Race Official in charge of your pit area and his or her decision is final. In the event the car returns to the track and the Left Turn Promotions Official finds no problem with the tire that was changed, that car will be black-flagged and held for a one lap penalty. In the event there is not adequate time to post the car and have the car serve the penalty, then the penalty shall be imposed after the finish of the event and the Official scoring shall reflect the change.
C. As soon as possible after sign-in, each car is required to bring to the tire impound area, the four (4) Hoosier Race Tires to be used in qualifying and the feature as well as any tires to be used as “change” tires. All tires must be marked before use in qualifying or competition. Cars must start the event on the tires used for qualifying.
D. Tires MAY NOT be chemically altered or treated in any way.

RADIO FREQUENCY WILL BE ANNOUNCED AT EACH DRIVERS MEETING
