Congrats Eddie and the whole #62 crew, a job well done. No one worked harder than you guys or came back from more downfalls, wrecks, mechanical woes, etc. Good luck next year where ever you race.

Yea I think its pretty funny that the Foley wreck the points leader at MMS, Travis Hurt to cost him a shot at the championship. Then he goes back to FCS and wrecks the points leader, Eddie Young. Great drivin' skills Scott!!

I was not saying HOW Eddie was the points leader. I said that Foley wrecked him. What does that have to do with having the points lead??????

Re: FCS Story...9-19-09
Eddie didn't block at any time, he held his line, the whole bottom of the track was open. Foley and his dad said Eddie held his line. That was the only place on the track that Foley was better than Eddie and the only chance Foley had to pass Eddie was to spin him. Now on the restart Eddie could have really wrecked Scott goin into turn one, but he backed off and let Scott keep his car under control. That is more than Scott did when he spun Eddie going down the backstraight, Scott never backed off. BTW I was there too. And apparently you ( days of thunder ) are blind if you think only one car has been running all year in the late model division.

I really dont think Eddie even cared about a championship, I think he was just there to have fun.
I have to say some drivers could learn a lot from Scott and Eddie from last weeks race, not from the on track stuff, but after the race I saw Eddie go up to Scott and they were talking, (not sure what was said) but the point is they shook hands and acted like real men. A race is full of emotions, yes Scott turned Eddie, yes Eddie nailed Scott under caution, but he didn't wreck him and they handled it professionally after the race. It happens at every level of racing every week, but it's the ones that handle it like Eddie and Scott that get my respect.
